Backbend & Inversion Workshop

Service Description

Flip your perspective upside down to change your frame of reference and have a new experience to an in-depth, out-of-the-box and insightful exploration of commonly practiced inversions and their integral relationship to backbending postures. This workshop will focus on headstand, forearm balance, a variety of backbends and forearm hollow-back. This is a 3-hr Yoga Alliance approved CE credits workshop with certification.

Cancelation Policy

All credits and packages purchased are non-refundable. All credits and packages purchased are non-transferable. You're able to cancel a class twelve (12) hours before the class start with no charge. (cancellation is not allowed for single pass purchase) No-shows or miss a reservation without canceling, or cancellation made less than eight hours of the scheduled class start time will result in the loss of one (1) class credit for students using our single pass, 4, 8, 16 classes package. No refund for Workshop if no show or cancellation less than 1 weeks in advance.
