2 Hours Comprehensive Practice (INTERMEDIATE-ADVANCED)
Service Description
This class is only conducted in studio. Maximise strength, stamina and flexibility in all major parts of the body. It covers all genres of asana, including standing pose, hip openers, forward folds, twist, arm balances, inversions, back bends, as well as pranayama & mindfulness. You may purchase this session separately or you may choose to deduct 2 class credit from your existing class plan.

Cancellation Policy
All credits and packages purchased are non-refundable. All credits and packages purchased are non-transferable. You're able to cancel a class twelve (12) hours before the class start with no charge. (cancellation is not allowed for single pass purchase) No-shows or miss a reservation without canceling, or cancellation made less than twelve hours of the scheduled class start time will result in the loss of one (1) class credit for students using our single pass, 4, 8, 16 and 30(shareable) classes package. No refund for Workshop if no show.
